送貨
- 我們統一使用快遞發貨，滿HK$399港幣免運費。
- 快遞單號將會在發貨後通過電郵發送到您的電郵地址，方便您查詢物流情況。
- 請確保您的送貨地址的准確性，錯誤或無法投遞的地址可能會產生額外運費，如果您想更改收貨地址，請在訂購後盡快與我們聯繫。

Delivery
- All deliveries are by Local Couriers, Free delivery for orders above HK$399.
- Courier Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once order is shipped.
- Please ensure the accuracy of delivery address, incomplete or wrong address will incur additional courier charges.

退換貨服務
- 客戶可以在訂購後7天內退還貨品。
- 退還的貨品必須維持原狀: 即未經穿著/使用, 放於沒受損壞原裝品牌包裝盒及包裝袋, 而且所有價錢牌均完好無缺。
- 貨品必須是可以接受退換的
- 請電郵我們您的訂單號和您的不正確或損壞的物品的圖片，以便加速處理。
注：關於退換貨費用取決於訂單細節。請注意, 退貨時不設退還運費。 |
Returns & Exchanges
- You can exchange / return your order for up to 7 days from the purchase date.
- Products must be in original condition, with all tags attached, and must be returned in the original undamaged box and/or packaging.
- Exchange / return items must not fall under the list of non-refundable brands / items.
- Please email photo of product to speed up the exchange / return process.
Please note that we will not be able to provide a refund on any shipping fees charged for the original order. |
